I’ve just started using TeXmacs a few hours ago and accidentally pressed some key combinations. Now my document looks like this:
How do I turn off the blue texts and turn the tool bars back on? The manual is just too long to read.

Welcome to the forum!
Press the Ctrl key, and then in the same time, right click. You will find the context menu usefully for you to get yourself back from the focus mode (In Mogan, there is a focus mode, focus mode means that there are no toolbars. And if you think it is awesome, and should be ported to TeXmacs, please tell me and I will port it to TeXmacs as soon as possible).
In the View menu, you can re-check the toolbars.
And click Document->Source->Edit source tree
, you will exit the source mode.
Thank you for answering! Now my document looks just fine.
As you can see in my picture, it is currently possible to use TaXmacs with no toolbars. Why introducing the focus mode again?
See Would TeXmacs look more impressive with the addition of a distraction free editing mode?
Help people (like you) quit the focus mode (no toolbars) without the knowledge of Press the Ctrl key and then right click in the same time
.
The manual is just too long to read.
The manual is too long to read. 《The Jolly writer》 is too long to read. I think it is very common in this era. Introducing the focus mode, and being able to quit the focus mode via right click helps people save time.
I think that a guide longer than a tutorial but shorter than the manual would make sense. It is a while that I have been thinking of starting a Wikibook, I have not yet started it
