Draw over several paragraphs

Dear all,
is it possible to apply a drawing over several paragraphs? Using the menu (Insert->Image->Draw over selection), I find it possible only for a single paragraph.

Perhaps put a “draw over” somewhere in the middle and adjust the size to fit everything?
