Draw several characters at once in 1.99.13

I reported the issue previously here.

Although the program may be faster with this, I feel the user experience is not good.

In version 1.99.12 (windows binary), this change seemed to be reverted. However, it is here again for 1.99.13. Is this intentional?

I made several pre-release to fix the slow keystroke problem.

I didn’t make a pre-release for GNU TeXmacs v1.99.13 yet.

Is it possible to document or automate the build of texmacs without the keystroke problem? In this case I can just build texmacs myself.

Even better, is it possible to let users decide whether to draw characters at once? This option can be put in the settings.
