I am having this issue when I import an image and then draw over it. It looks correct in the editor, but when I export the document as pdf, the drawn layer ends up being offset by a cm or two downward from the imported graphics. Any ideas on how to avoid and/or fix this? (Other than using tedious trial and error to shift the drawn layer upward by the right amount to compensate.) Added: It doesn’t seem consistent or reproducible: there is another figure in the same document with imported and drawn layers that didn’t have this problem, so it seems like there must be some hidden setting on this figure that is causing trouble.

I searched for “draw” with the internal search engine within bugs; a few bugs for draw over came up, no one of them looks like the behaviour that you reported.
