And of course, you could require submissions to also include the .tm files. This means that the math journal could take advantage of the TeXmacs format for enhanced peer review and publication support.
Given that some of the TeXmacs developers are mathematicians, why don't they start a math journal that only accepts TeXmacs submissions?
