How to align equations?

Hi, I am new to TeXmacs, does anyone know what the best way is to align equations, something like this in TeX:

\begin{align*}
p(z)&=\frac{1}{Z_p}\tilde{p}(z)\\
q(z)&=\frac{1}{Z_q}\tilde{q}(z)
\end{align*}

Just type \align* and enter.

Hi @kedyyy and welcome!

Besides what @Jade suggests, you can also use the toolbar icon, the menus and the keyboard shortcut. In general TeXmacs constructs can be entered in several ways. I find keyboard shortcuts most convenient.
