How to insert hyperlink URL containing ampersand

Type \hlink and press Enter and type:

<hlink|see this|http://kuing.infinityfreeapp.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=10127>

Press Enter and it displays a link. When clicked, it opens the truncated link

I wish it could open the full link

Also, ampersand in UI seems to disappear
Insert mathematics > Several Equations
I think the shortcut is Alt+& but & disappears
