I know that there is a way to use small caps, but I didn’t find yet a way to use all caps… I wanted to take the input string and typeset it entirely in capital letters.

Hi @araruna and welcome to the forum. I think you can use the change-case
primitive with UPCASE second argument, I found it in https://www.mail-archive.com/texmacs-dev@gnu.org/msg00016.html
