Idea: Promote TeXmacs as a replacement for todo apps

But of course, TeXmacs would be a lot nicer to use than a plain text editor for this purpose.

There is a \todo command.

Use it as a user, improve it as a TeXmacs contributor.

And users too can contribute, without being developers, by means of the plugin system.

Is there anything to it other than the [red] formatting?

For me, I have to say \todo is quite useful to manage notes and writing which are mostly mathematics.
