Is there a way to increase the UI font size and icon size?

The default font size and icon size of TeXmacs UI (menu bar, menu items, toolbar, dialogs, status bar, etc.) are too small for people with visual impairment. Is there a way to increase the font size and icon size? Thanks :blush:
