I downloaded the html file from your link and directly opened in Mogan at my home computer installed with Mogan 1.1.4. In the afternoon I had done to open my html file in Mogan 1.2.0beta2 in my office computer, which had not responded.
So, from my home computer I got the following, which has left aligned equations without any equation numbering. The snapshot is attached below::

I made it clear that the commit is only merged in Mogan v1.2.0. If you have difficulties opening my html file there, then there might be something wrong in your installation and Mogan developers might be able to help.
Yesterday night, I opened your html file in Mogan 1.1.4 at my home computer, thinking that Mogan 1.2.0 was unresponsive in opening my html firefox saved file in my office computer.
Now, from Mogan 1.2.0beta2 of the office computer I opened your firefox saved html file. And, it has successfully imported your html file with centered equations but with equations numbers lost. Later, I added the equation numbers from Mogan after importing, and the screen shot is attached below:
But, why my firefox saved html file did not import into Mogan 1.2.0beta2 ?
Moreover, why the equation numbers are lost?
Also, why the equation references are not working ?
These are the three questions I am still wondering about.

Ok. I got answer to second and third doubts.
But, what about first question. I mean, how would I do imports from Firefox saved html files. It didn’t work in Mogan 1.2.0beta2 for my Firefox saved html file. It worked for your html file. What’s the difference.
