Mogan v1.0 beta released

The most important change is:
Meta key of Windows is switched from Win to Alt.

Mogan is a distribution of GNU TeXmacs.

Hi @darcy, on Windows and choose look and feel to be emacs, how to change the Meta key to Win key?

I guess there must be a simple one-line code to implement this, added in my-init-texmacs.scm.

Just use the official GNU TeXmacs distribution. For Mogan, I did not expect users to customize my-init-texmacs.scm.

Maybe Mogan could be used as well to experiment with new names for TeXmacs. I suggest Graphē, which as far as I understand means “writing”.
