Tag whose visibility can be toggled easily?

I’m interested in having a tag with which to wrap temporary stuff, comments, etc, that I can easily make visible or invisible, to use for to-do’s and those kinds of comments.

Is there some built-in that already does this? Alternatively, what’s a tag that makes the contents invisible so that I can try to make it on my own?

Try : Menu -> Insert -> Folded
You can find there many choices…
