I have tried the latest Mogan and noticed that the keyboard shortcuts have been changed from the default Texmacs. Is it possible to get the old shortcuts back.

I do not know if in Mogan there are some sets of shortcuts that are the same as in TeXmacs. I would try looking in (from the menu) Edit->Preferences->Look and feel (I am assuming this exists in Mogan too) and testing the options. Maybe one of them is the same as the TeXmacs default for your system.
