What would this TeXmacs server feature compete with?

It seems the focus is on live collaborative editing. Something like Overleaf, but then for TeXmacs.

Collaboration on shared documents, also chat rooms capable of containing math/graphs/complex markup. Also you can create and edit a wiki.
