Windows version crashes

This is my second time to suffer from TeXmacs crash…
I don’t know what causes the problem. It crashes when opened. I reinstall the software but the problem remains.
I am usint TeXmacs 2.1.1 on win10. I checked the system log:

wrong application name: texmacs.exe,version: 2.1.1.0,timestamp: 0x61b71579
wrong module name: libstdc++-6.dll,version: 0.0.0.0,timestamp: 0x00000000
exception code: 0x40000015

Is there anyone suffering from the instability of windows version too?
Any suggestion is warmly welcomed!

You could try to remove your TEXMACS_HOME_PATH. There are instructions on how to do this on other posts on this forum.

It would also be useful to have some ideas when the first crash happened. Subsequent immediate crashes are a sign of corrupted initialisation files in $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH/system, you might want to remove that directory or all the $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH arborescence if the problem persist. Starting TeXmacs with some control key pressed (Alt, or Win or Crtl, I do not remember which) perform also a reinitialisation.
