Would sticky scrolling make sense in TeXmacs?

This feature would allow the hierarchical structure of a document to persist at the top of the screen as you scroll.

For example, as you scroll down, a heading would move up until the top edge but stay at the top edge as you continue to scroll down.

You could also have multiple items gather at the top edge of the screen representing, for example, a heading, subheading, the first item in an itemized list, and so on.

I suppose that could be nice to implement. However, I already feel that the TeXmacs interface is cluttered as is. An interesting similar thing could be done by improving this package tm-forge/miscellanea/outline at main · texmacs/tm-forge (github.com)
to autocollapse and auto-expand section headings. I don’t know if it would be performant enough, though.
