[Solved] TeXmacs 13 python not operative

Hi

I have noticed that with texmacs 1.99.13 in windows python does not work anymore. As a result, no tmpy operates anymore.
I have reinstalled python and got rid of all previous version.
If texmacs 1.99.12 is reinstalled no problem is observed
however if i launch graph I see the following warning

WARNING: You are under develop mode using D:\Datos de Usuarios\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\TeXmacs/plugins/tmpy

Any suggestion will be welcome

Please remove the directory D:\Datos de Usuarios\Usuario\AppData\Roaming\TeXmacs/plugins/tmpy.

And install Python 3 via the Windows Store.
