Can the background color of page become black when enabling dark mode?

Just a suggestion. Now only the color of toolbar becomes black when enabling dark mode.

In TeXmacs 2.1.4 you could try the style package gui-dark.

Is there any guide on how to find and install it?

Just click:
Document -> Style -> Add package -> New-gui -> gui-dark
